Keen to receive your new E-Bike? Wondering how to get it to you?

We offer two methods to get your awesome new E-Bike to you.

In-Store Pick Up

As soon as your new bike arrives we will have our experienced mechanics build your bike, check for software updates and set the bike up to suit your personal preferences. Installation of any accessories will also be completed at this point.

​

We will then call you and let you know your new E-Bike is ready to go. You are then welcome to pick up your new ride at your convenience.​

Courier Shipping

Select models of E-Bikes are able to be shipped. If you would like to ship a bike please call us on 02 4324 8916 or fill in our contact form on the Contact Us page.

Once we know what bike you are after and your shipping address we will be able to provide a quote for shipping your bike to you.

​

When purchasing your new bike online simply select the option of instore pickup and we will then call you for the shipping fee payment. As a guide our subsidised shipping rates are between $80 & $120 dependent upon your location.

Please note we do not ship to WA or internationally

Your new bike will need to be assembled by a qualified bicycle mechanic prior to use.
